Our 1st Maine Project
After scouring the RI, MA and CT Real Estate market for our next flip and turning up only a ton of expensive properties that didn't have much room for equity, we decided to expand our search to the NH and ME areas.... After viewing about a dozen properties that were way more budget friendly and making offers on 2 others and being out-bid (its the name of the game) we finally came upon this house that needed us. Sky lights were pouring water, Mother Nature had taken over the exterior, the views were overcome with bushes, dead trees and more... the decks had rotted, the layout was wonky... so we did what we do :) Enjoy the photos, we will update as we continue our work. Our 1st Flip Together
Although this is the second flip for Bonnie Carter on Chapel Street in Burrillville Rhode Island, it was our 1st flip for Bonnie and Greg working on it together. When all the other visitors to this property thought it was a tear me down, we believed that this was a diamond in the rough. Throughout the project we shared our progress with the local town on Facebook. We were so proud!
We ended up selling this property off-market to someone that could see our complete vision as we could. We were so excited for the buyer that we even included a built in dog kennel in the small closet in one of the bedrooms.

My favorite Burrillville flip
It's fun working in a small town and driving down the streets and seeing, literally, the path that you have taken throughout your career in both skill and time, the memories...
This Round Top house was one of patience. Bonnie had almost purchased it 4 years earlier only to have her offer refused and deposit returned unnecessarily. 4 years later and several flippers later the property had only gotten worse. After all was said and done, negotiations lead to paying less for the property then she would have if she initially bought it. This was a unique home and one that she wishes she had the opportunity to live in, just so she could drive through the center arch driveway. It was really cool, with 2 kitchens, 3 beds and 3 baths and it went to a really awesome family who appreciates it. The first thing they did was plant grass lol.
